Pediatric Physical Therapist, CEO, completed CAPTCC,graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Medical College of Georgia in 1993. Valerie has extensive training and experience with evaluating and treating children with a wide scope of diagnoses including prematurity, medically fragile, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, CVA, musculoskeletal impairments, MD, dyspraxia, hypotonia, hydrocephalus, Spina Bifida, genetic anomalies, neuromuscular diagnoses, ASD, and cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses. She has completed special training and continuing education in NDT based aquatics, is an Aquatics Therapy and Rehab Institute certified PT, and performs aquatic pediatric physical therapy at an indoor pool facility. She has completed the APTA certificate in Aquatic Physical Therapy Clinicl Competency. She has completed the NDT/Bobath 8 week course in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy in 2000 and is NDT certified. She has also completed additional contining education in the areas of NDT based aquatic physical therapy, pediatric and adult kinesiotaping(K1, K2, K3, K4 Pediatrics), myofascial release, lower extremity biomechanics, motor learning,and sensory integration techniques.

In her spare time, Valerie enjoys OCR racing and has completed many Spartan races and other endurance events.
